The stretch of dirt to the top of Pikes Peak is one of those rare roads that allows everyone to drive a race course. Most racing these days is done on closed courses. But not Pikes Peak! Most of the year, it’s a public road.

I lived in Winnemucca, Nevada for three years quite some time ago. I just stumbled across this video that brought back memories of the driving conditions out there. Lots of dirt, lots of sagebrush, lots of sunshine, no traffic.
